Joint Venture
 In
order to provide our customers with the best possible service,
in 1995 Pro-Tech Valve entered into a joint venture with Zy-Tech Global
Industries (formerly Zidell
Valve Corp.) of Houston, Texas. This allows our customers exclusive
access to the largest inventory of quality industrial valves
in North America.
