qualified engineers ensure that all products supplied to our customers
are 100% in accordance with industry standards as well as our own
internal QA and QC procedures.
Modification Services
Pro-Tech Valve offers either local approved machine shop services in Edmonton
or Zidell's "on-site" shop at their Stafford , Texas facility. These
services may include:
- packing changes
- trim changes
- hydrotesting
- NACE certification
- flange finish changes
- oxygen service
- bore modifications, etc.
- actuation
All work is fully documented to the latest governing specs.
Technical Services
Our Technical Services staff can provide standard or  special services
tailored to your needs. Examples include:
- EPA Rule 21 fugitive emissions testing/certification (static or cycle
testing with methane)
- PMI with TN 9266 or Arc-Met 900 optical emission spectrometer
- NDE services
- Pressure testing
- Complete library of applicable standards and specifications
- Material test reports (MTRs)
- Field assistance
Canadian Registration Numbers
The DSI and PBV-USA products are registered with the appropriate provincial
departments. Contact
our QA department for these CRNs if required.
